Snooker World Championships: A couple of bets to win Quarter 2

I was close to putting up Kyren Wilson to win Quarter 1 at 13/2 and I now wish I had as he’s received a bye on Friday afternoon, following Anthony Hamilton’s withdrawal so been trimmed to 4/1. To be honest, I’m happy enough with the outright on him. Whether it’s a blessing in disguise remains to be seen as he doesn’t play round two until a week on Saturday. At least he can go home now, and prepare in comforting surroundings. Kyren is a big family man, with a young son, and usually takes his brother around with him on tour.

I feel also with Kyren, who lives and breaths the sport, needs to relax in this event. He’s so desperate for success and maybe tries too hard. I hate that expression but you know what I mean.
