Barrow have been phenomenal for goals of recent and I’m expecting more of the same as they welcome free flowing Dover. I’ve been getting behind Barrow for goals a fair bit recently and it’s definitely played dividend.
Barrow are currently averaging just above 3 goals per match and Dover a very impressive 2.80 goals per match. The fact that you’re getting 1.90 for a team who have had Over 2.5 Goals land in 10 of their last 12 matches is incredible and I’m more than happy to get on the Barrow goals machine yet again.
Torquay currently hold the highest goals per match average in the league with a whopping 3.32 goals per match and that’s the main reason I’m getting behind this one for goals. Their matches of late have been absolute crackers with 3.6 goals per match, most recently a 4-2 victory over Ebbsfleet.
Notts County themselves have really been amongst the goals recently with 14 goals in their last 5 matches, averaging 2.80 goals a match in the process. This match really does promise to be a cracker and with these two teams occupying the last two playoff places, it shows their purpose for the rest of the season.
With 8 wins in their last 9, you’ve got to be expecting Yeovil to put a Harrogate side to the sword at Huish Park. With five wins in a row on the board at their South Somerset fortress, they really have looked to be the finished article and have rapidly climbed the table following a shaky start.
After the loss to Hartlepool which stopped the run, Yeovil looked back to their brilliant best as they brushed aside top flying Woking 3-1 on Tuesday. I’m not forgetting about how well Harrogate have performed of late, that’s why I’ve added the Draw No Bet security @ 1.66, I just believe that Yeovil will now kick on with a purpose this season. A win on Saturday could put Yeovil top of the league and Neale Marmon’s side will be hoping to take what they feel they deserve given their scintillating run of form.
The National League North & South took a break last week as the tier 6 teams were in FA Cup action, but what a cracker to return with as the second and third placed sides clash in what looks to be a great match up. King’s Lynn are one of the surprise packages of the Non-League so far this season and they’ll be looking to keep up their confident start to the season.
My main thoughts when I first saw this match were plenty of goals and I’m confident of getting behind them both to find the back of the net @ 1.53. Both teams have been incredible on the averages for goals this season and I’m expecting plenty of action in this exciting match.
As I said with the Kings Lynn selection, the league took a break last week as they were in cup competition and I’m expecting Wealdstone to come back to league action with a solid performance and hopefully all three points. They currently sit 5 points clear at the top of the table and they’ll be looking to extend that lead with a win over struggling Chelmsford.
Their form of recent has been great with 4 wins in their last 5 matches, they’ll be hunting for more of the same as they look to continue on their fantastic start to the season. With just 1 loss in their last 10 coming at the hands of promotion favourites Havant & Waterlooville, they’re looking like a well-rounded team who will be challenge for promotion.
You can get Wealdstone Draw No Bet @ 1.80; I’ve gone for the added security with them being away from home. However, if you do fancy the outright win, they are priced up @ 2.50 and that also looks like a great price to me.
